Have you ever heard the old saying? "If all else fails read the instructions!" I think it is about time for you to go read the instructions that came with the camera.

2 Ways:

1. With the software and cable you got when you bought the camera

2. (and easiest!) buy a usb memory card reader (they cost about £15+ and just plug straight into a usb port. All you need to do is pull out the memory card from your camera, insert it into the reader, and they files will pop up like on a memory stick

Only last thing to check is that you get a reader that can read the type of card you have. Pull it out, take it to a shop or google it and see.
