I love roasting vegetables. They evolve into something entirely different than vegetables that have been steamed or boiled.

Steamed or grilled. Boiled kind of takes away the flavor, roasting makes the vegetables all taste the same. Some I like raw, like carrots and cucumbers. Not broccoli though. When it is raw it smells like feet.

I love them raw, mostly. Nothing better than the crunch of a nice crisp radish. I also love them grilled, steamed, stewed, roasted, made into kebabs, mashed, whatever. I am a TRUE vegetarian, that eats mostly fruits and veggies. Many "vegetarians" don't eat many vegetables, but eat alot of bread and junk food. Love my veggies!

Freshly steamed!! Or frozen/steamed!!! I love all of the squashes, and I used to take about an hour a night to cut banana, zuccini, acorn, eggplant, you name it, I bought it, and with carrots , I'd cut everything and steam it, and make sure to make enough to have for atleast two or three days worth.. because I was a vegan, but I ate fish & chicken too.. And you want to talk about energized!!! Those vegeez, gave me so much energy!! Or eating a banana, with a honey bran muffin before my coffee in the morning's made me want to do laps!! But I always had the banana on an empty stomache, before my muffin or coffee!!! Tons of energy!! Great diet, and I lost so much weight!! I went from a size 9 in pants to a size 5.. We're Big-Boned, in our family, so for me to be in a 5, my family got worried about me, being anorexic, that's when I told them about the diet, and how healthy it was for me!! So, they would leave me alone!!Haha!!! Smile, hun, your's sounds so yummy!!! You have a "Wonderful day, now!!!"
