I put Vaseline petroleum jelly on real thick, wrap my feet in plastic baggies and put on socks before I go to bed.

Bag Balm works really well. Put a generous coating on your feet and then a pair of white cotton socks, and go to sleep. You will see an improvement in a few days.

There is a product called Zims Crack Cream that works very well on actual skin breaks.

Please do not get a pedicure with any open cracks on your feet, you can get an infection really easily that way.

Palmer's has some thing minty I recall that worked well... Also True Blue Spa has a "cracked Heel Treatment" that is good.. What ever you choose. Put it on be for bed, and where socks Use allot then wear socks and you should wake up with a noticeable change.. Keep them moisturized and also try a pumice stone in the shower.

Slather on Vaseline and wear heavy socks at night. It's quite greasy, but will heal those cracks and make your feet feel a lot better. Also, I wouldn't suggest a pedicure until those cracks are healed - it can't be sanitary.

Well, if you can go to the store, buy a non-fragranced heel balm. But if you are at home, olive oil works. Or vaseline-it is not so healing, but will protect from further cracking. Neosporin or the like will work too. I recommend renew-a lotion from the company melaleuca. com. It is wonderful. Some swear by Mary Kay products too. Good luck.

I use Olay Quench lotion, and I use it about three or more times a day when my feet are really dry/peeling/cracked.

It takes a few days to notice results, and about a week or two to have them all pretty, but it worked better than anything else I've tried.

this worked for my athletes foot when it was dry and cracked:
-wash feet with tea tree soap like 2 times
-dry your feet really really well
-take olive cooking oil and rub it all over your feet and cover them with thick, white cotton socks!

it will moisten them up within a day, you will see dramatic results.

it is not the most glamorous or coolest way, but it works wonders.

They have thick creams in the stores. Put some on, then

go to sleep with plastic bags on your feet tied with rubber

bands (I'm not kidding!!) (or try vaseline the same way.)
