you need to see a GP,he should refer you to an ENT dept of your hospital--could be many things-they will check for things like mouth cancer,or infection, etc, your dentist may also check this problem out-in the short term-
failing that look at the site below, for possible symptoms of lyme disease-but youre probably wise to take the first course of action ,
see your GP-

Could be a lot of things - have you been to your gp already? Keep at them - they will fob you off but if you think there is something really wrong that they might be missing keep going back, and ask to see different drs - you're entitled to a second oppinion. I know it can be hard to be persistant, esp. when you're not feeling well, but you need to try - you're not putting it on or wasting their time.

Have you considered mycotoxins? These are toxic compounds produced by fungi, eg. on mouldy foods (they're not the same as the candita or whatever it's called that cause thrush) - we all have a level of them in our bodies but too high a level can cause symptoms like you're experiencing. You can get them from food (eg. organic milk is bad for them!) or from mould in your house - on your walls, windows, or even under your carpets - have a check around (not all fungi produce harmfull mycotoxins, just some kinds) - I found mould on the wall behind my sofa though thankfully don't think it made me sick. If it is mycotoxins as far as I know they just have to work their way out your system naturally - which can take a while, depending on what they are.

Hope you find out what it is and get better soon xx

Even though I encounter people like yourself on a regular basis I'm still astounded that you would make out you have put up with a condition for a year without seeking professional assistance from your GP. Instead you ask a question on something like this forum where you are more likely to scare yourself with inaccurate responses from people who arent armed with either your full particulars or the background knowledge to make a diagnosis.
The bottom line - go to your GP !!!!

According to webmd, it could be 20 different things from high blood pressure to anxiety, allergies, even meningitis. I suggest calling your doctor, and also look up webmd. They have a page for you to click on the body and pick your symptoms. Without more info I cannot help.
