friends with benefits? is it a good thing? I have one...and I like it because it satisfies the both of us...I just want other people's opinions on the issue?

Friends with benefits is a great thing just as long as you stay open and honest with each other.
If it starts feeling like more then you need to talk about it early to avoid anyone getting hurt.
The benefits certainly help get you through those long cold winter nights. Oh I love my friends. he he he

it's a good thing if both of the people involved are mature enough to handle it.....I had one a couple of years ago and it was great....we had a understanding that the benefits would end when one of us would get into a relationship with someone else......she found a boyfriend, benefits ended.....but it was something that enhanced our friendship.

In my younger years, I really liked having friends with benefits. It was a safe place to be when you needed company, and you could keep your hormones in check while trying to find Mr. Right. However, sometimes you over look Mr. right because you thought he was just a "friends with benefits."

I have a friend with benefits. And to me if that is what makes you happy then good.....But beware of the feelings, this type of relationship could never turn into a real realtionship...If your friends with benefits keep it that way.

what is the problem with it? u both know what u want, and u get what u need. no drama, no compromises.... thers nothing wrong with it. as long as u both are satisfied and neither of u are hurting some1, its ok. enjoy ur friend, and enjoy the moment, just go by the flow girl.

wow, there's nothing wrong with a friend wit benefits. i think it's a wonderful thing because u don't have to worry about relationship problems.. :)

From a guys point of view it's great. We get the sex and don't have to worry about the other stuff as much.

I did it once and it worked for me. The problem comes when one of them wants a commitment and the other doesn't.
