Maybe s/he is not getting proper nutrition or vitamins? I'm not trying to be mean, just a suggestion. Take him/her to the pediatrician and see what they say. Good luck to you and your little one!

First of all, cancer doesn't make hair fall out, chemotherapy and radiation treatment do.
It may be an infection or stress, take your child to the doctor.
