It's bad enough 1 girl at work(in my team) don't speak to me-apart from email(look at previous questions),but I think I've got another possible problem...
My boss has been really friendly to me over ther last few weeks,cracking jokes,asking me questions about myself,being quite flirty at times!(other colleagues and the manger both look at us at times when this happens) Today she came in with her hair done up differently, make up (1st time ever), new clothes and she's looking quite attractive!
Before she used to hate talking to me, made my training difficult, but she's changed her behaviour towards me completly!!!
Why the sudden change in appearance and behaviour towards me???Am I imagining things?(though instinct says I'm not!)

this does sound a bit weird considering shes married with kids but she is definatly showing signs that shes interested in you
this might be because shes trying to make someone else jelous but the chances are her marriage has gone bad and shes interested in you
id be really careful how you treat this though, because after all shes your boss so if you get involved and break up you will always have to be around her unless you leave the job but you dont want to offend her by not being interested
if you really like her aswell, go for it, but if its just a crush then id let it go because it sounds like more trouble would be created than its worth

Interesting! It's very hard to say what's changed her tune on you. I would ignore the situation unless things get weird and out of hand. Then if that's the case, you may have to report her if she starts making you feel uncomfortable. I would not honestly step into that situaton, plus, if things do start getting out of control, document, document! Include dates, times, things that were said, done etc.
