Hi Doogiestyle07!
You gives a poor info about your problem. I recommend to look article "Identifying Skin Diseases In Dogs" http://www.askedweb.com/askedweb/Identifying_Skin_Diseases_In_Dogs/
and to find the cause of a problem. Article include a few dog testimonials.

And it very important!!
I would recommend a thorough examination by your veterinarian. This will help detect any developing health problems your boxer as early as possible.

If your regular vet can't figure out what's wrong, look around for a vet school or specialty clinic. Your vet may need to make a referral, but a vet school is generally much cheaper than going to a private specialty clinic.

Mange? Does it continue to spread? Have you changed any of her grooming items? Her food? Has she been around new/different animals lately? Why is it important to figure it out before you go to the vet? If you're going to take her, just do it. If it is mange you want to catch it early.

This also happened to my friend's dog, change his food, it turned out that my friend's dog was having an allergic reaction to the dog food. Ask your vet for special dog food that is for sensitive skin.

I would recommend that your dog sees her vet, it could be a couple of different things and your vet is best to diagnose and treat it. Good Luck.

Could be an allergic reaction to flea bites, no matter what it is, you should have your dog at the vet!
