Ok well I aint all that fat I guess you can say Im kinda chuncky. Well I weigh 123 lbs and I hate it!! I used to weigh 111 and I wanna be that way again can someone please help me ;( But the problem is I cant do all that much exercise like sit ups because I have back problems and I dont really have time to go running or walking so if ne one can HELP plz let me know SOON!!!!

There is not a way to get the pounds off without physical work.
You can take Hydroxycuty to boost your energy and adrenaline, but again, without physical work - only expect minimum results.
I understand you have back problems, therefore don't want to do sit ups or crunches that may aggravate the injury.
Also, same thing with running and/or exercising...the only thing I can suggest without exercising/fitness is to cut down on eating - period.
It's the only resolution without working out.
