Some people are born into a family that is pure evil. Some turn that way because of how they were treated as kids. Look and Marilyn Manson... he turned to Satan after he was rejected by the Youth Pastor and those kids.... so the story goes. I've never personally followed this man manson and don't care to. But, I feel for him and I know those that supposedly treated him mean, will one day answer to what they did to this human being. But, manson will have to answer for what he did to himself as well. The story doesn't give two sides ... just the one that says manson was not treated well.
So, evil is installed in some; some chose with their free will to be evil and not good.

Even the devil can be giving the best answer. It does not mean that it is right however. There has been many great sayings in this world that were good to hear but caused a lot of distressed because those were not God's words.

Unfortunately, evil within is perversely compelling. It always has been. Let's face it, the Bible is duller than the operating instruction for a hinge until the snake shows up.

Matthew 15:11
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
What is in your heart? If God is alive in you..you will not have evil in you. If not you might.

Evil is a concept that you have been programed to believe.
Different people have different programming, so it all subject-able.

Yes, we have both in us. It's which one we let dominate our life, and which one we choose to give power to that determines our righteousness in God's eyes.
