How does one knock an aluminum arrow onto a compound bow? I need detailed descriptive steps so I can understand the process and be able to master it.

The rear tip of the arrow goes below the 'knock'. The arrow has 3 feathers (2 with the same color), the 'odd' feather faces 'out' (away from the bow). Good luck.
