What would be appropriate to give someone that you work with~ she is a little conservative and we don't hang out on the weekends or anything. But all the girls are taking her out and I don't have a clue on what to give her. Please help.

Maybe all the coworkers could chip in for one gift card? The gift card could be at the store that she registered (at least you'll know it'll be at a store that she likes). Perhaps a nice photo frame? They'll want to display their wedding pictures after the wedding.

I recently got married and at my bachlorette party I did not recieve gifts. I would call the host of the party to find out if you should bring a gift. I would have loved a spa or massage gift certificate. that would be appropriate and you can get some other co-workers to go in with you.

A nice candle set, a bath & body gift set, or even a gift certificate for a massage or pedicure would be appropriate personal but not racy bachelorette gifts.

I don't think you need to buy a gift for the bachelorette party. Chipping in for the bride-to-be's dinner and drinks would be appropriate.

Have you heard of philosophy (skin care)? My sister gave me a tub of this at my bachelorette party and I love, love, LOVE it! If you are familiar with philosophy, you know about the sayings on their bottles? This one's pretty funny--all about the perfect man, etc. Works great and smells even better! I think it's appropriate because soon enough she won't have to worry about the perfect man--she'll be married to him! :)

A gift certificate to Victoria's Secret. They carry practical things as well as not so practical.

If you are not close to her, don't go all out tacky. Give her something like a couples massage set or something else his and hers along those lines.

A nice candle? I think that would be safe, yet appropriate.
