ok a while ago i told my best friend that i really like her, and she told me she likes me, she has split with her bf but he thinks that it was family problems and wants to try again and get back with her, but she doesnt want to tell him that she wants to stay as friends and doesnt want to upset him again. and also i think its just me being paranoid but this other guy keeps on saying how she is the greatest girl he knows and stuff although he has only known her for 2 days and its really bugging me :( thanks for any answers :)

Honestly? if she liked you that way, she'd have moved/reacted toward those ends, already. You're living a pipe-dream. She's into her ex, and is mired in the age-old thought that she could 'change him' and that he could 'change' etc. etc. (because she's comfy with what he's providing, bottom-line). Move on. Look for your own girlfriends. PS - You're NOT a girl, don't act like one.

ah don't worry.

he's just trying to be sweet. its only been two days and he's been saying that? he'll overdose her with his sugar.

just stick around. if you two are best friends, be there to comfort her. just trust her and trust faith. let her be. if she usually calls you whenever something goes wrong, she'll call you once her relationship with this guy goes wrong and one day she'll realize you've always been there for her. if shes the kind of girl that likes a caring guy (not too caring) than she'll give you a shot. plus, you're her best friend so she should know all about you and know you won't break her heart. hehe

Get her alone and ask her to go down on you. Hey at least you will know were you stand afterward.

If she doesn't want to be with him, then who cares.

Your 'best friend' needs to stop living in the fantasy land that she has male friends. She has males who want to date her, and the ones she isn't dating do not really want to be her friend. That includes you.

you like her as friend or a girl friend and ask her do she like as a friend or a boy friend and let it go from there.
