You made the ultimate sacrifice by giving her up. If she has been adopted and is well-adjusted and in a good home, do you want to take her out of it? If she is still in temporary foster care, that is different. As much as you want her back, you should put her best interest first. You should make your decision based on what is best for her and that depends on what her current situation is.

the first question is:

Is she happy where she is?

if Yes, talk to the foster parents and try to see her sometimes, when she's bigger get a reunion and talk all of you, as a girl she will understand.

If she's unhappy, you should do something to get her back if now you can give her a "better world"

hope it helps your mind, cause I will never be able to help your heart.

i would start by going to the people that you gave her to and take it from there. please be aware that she might be happy and have a family now. if she does i suggest still being a part of her life but not taking her away from the parents that she has known. i wish you the best.

I would start by checking with the local adoption agency. It's going to be hard but don't get discouraged.
Good luck
