sit ups hurt my back what can i do that is like situps without all the backpain?? i really want to get toned abs!!! :D

Easy.
Try crunches.
Lie on your back with your legs up on the couch (or bed), where the knees are.
Just like sit ups, go up until you feel the stress on your abs - almost to the knees.
This exercise, again, puts stress on the upper/middle abs without the backache.
For the lower abs, lie down flat and pull your knees up to your elbows - as if you're doing a sit up, without going up and down.
This puts stress on the entire ab area.

Good luck - I had a car accident years ago and couldn't do sit ups due to a ruptured disk. Doctor recommended these - they work great.

Get you both a huge ball or a touch ball and placed it proper on the small of your again, it fairly facilitates with sit ups. Or stand and do status sit united statesand crunches. quaint sit united statesare definitely fairly undesirable on your again.

left side plank 30 seconds
middle plank 30 seconds
right side plank 30 seconds
middle plank 30 seconds

now perform that circuit 5 times and you'll be good
