That is one of the most marvelous things about God. He is so fair..so full of justice.
Anyone....I mean Anyone can have faith in God. Intellect does not come into play..because faith comes from the heart of man and the Spirit of God can reach anyone!
No one is ever left out.

GOD has created the UNIVERSE, and so all HIs creation loves HIM. So, even if a person is mentally retarded his love for GOD exists in the same way as anyone else.

Good Question...Everyone in this world have faith in God, ofcourse some people behave as aesthetics....Mentally retarded people are also humans...then also pray god in the same way as we do...infact more, so that they get well, very soon...Bcos my cousin is also the same...so i am telling this from an experience..

Mentally retarded people are the least influenced of the evilness of this world...it means their basic heart and whole being are instinctively of God the creator. Just like the animals of this world, who knows instinctively their creator, the master of universe...than any intelligent man on earth.

Yes. It depends on their level of understanding. SOme can and some cant process things that far. But, those than cannot make the decision for Jesus Christ, will be accepted into the Kingdom anyhow, as God alone knows their heart. God says we must choose, but if one cant choose, our God loves them and forgives them, and allows them lovingly into the Kingdom anyhow. Thats our incredible, awesome God. But, for those that can make a choice and wont choose Jesus, they will be lost. Not my words, but Gods.
