I would not say that there is a 'cure' for scoliosis, but there are preventative measures you can take to keep it from getting worse. In my particular case, I was in a lot of pain, it helped me to take 800 mg of ibuprofen, once in the morning before work, and once before I went to bed. I worked at a daycare, so it was up and down all day lifting 25 pound children onto a changing table, or on the floor playing with them. This was really hard on my back. With my 58 degree curve, and the fact that I am done growing for the most part, my only option was scoliosis surgery. I have a stainless steel rod fused to my back with bone from my hip. Without this surgery, my curve could continue to progress, and possibly could press on my organs, or I could have been in a ton more pain than I already was. You don't say what your age or your curvature is, which would help. If your younger and still growing they could do a brace. Talk to your doctor about your specific options. Good luck.

There's no such thing as cure for scoliosis. And scoliosis has many causes. If you have antalgic or posturer scoliosis, rehab can do the trick. For idiopathic scoliosis, Spinecor is the closest thing to cure I can think of as it does give stable correction for majority of patients...( http://www.myscoliosis.net )

For most symptoms related to scoliosis, most patients agree that chiropractic has been the most beneficial form of treatment.
