Step one, rebuild the friendship. Find out what you did to get her mad at you at work on fixing it. Then and only then should you work on being more then friends.

Why does she hate you? I think you need to get to the root of the problem. Confront her, try to get to know her better, start small and slowly bring up the relationship. If you really like her then maybe someday she'll like you back.
If not, I recommend getting a new crush. People that hate others aren't very nice...

What are you doing that is causing her to hate you? Change your current ways for a time period and try again. If that doesn't work, she isn't the one you should be looking into. Still hating you? Change her as a friend. See what the outcome is. Email me to let me know the updates. ;)

Sorry, buddy. Maybe she's not into you. For her to act like that!!! she probably isn't. You probably isn't her type, so she got scared that you might ask her out or something....
It's better if you would talk to her and tell her she's your type, but not necessarily that you would want to go out with her. Cause you like her, but you wouldn't want her to be annoyed over this. You'd rather have her as a friend that you like than to lose her...
