What do you do when you are so shy and the guy that likes you back is so shy...so nothing comes out of it?! I know for a fact that he likes me, and I really like this guy...yet, we are just both too shy to do anything about it. Anyone have any suggestions whatsoever? I am afraid of being rejected even though I know I probably won't be..I just can't help it. Ahh..help please?! (Oh, not that is should matter, but we are both 19 in college and live in the same complex, and we went to high school together...so we know each other pretty well)

what it comes down to is one of you has to summon up the courage and speak to the other. If both of you wait for the other person to make the first move then neither of you will ever make contact with each other.
Fear of rejection is always an uncomfortable feeling. But, if you think this guy would be a sure thing, then the chance of rejection goes way down.
The worst thing that can happen is that he says "no" but even then you would be better off then you are now. At least you wouldn't be wondering if he likes you or not.
Self confidence is sexy... if you want him to like you, making the first move might clinch it for you.

Fear of being rejected is what shyness is about , but if you want him your going to have to make a move.
You just need to say and do things around him that make it obvious to him that he won't get rejected by you.
Believe me the shyness and the fear are much worse than any actual rejection you may experience in life.

Don't be so shy and just go for it. Strike up a friendship and do things with him, it is not rocket science you know. Just say hey wanna get something to eat, or hey we should do something sometime together. He can either say yes or no.

Try not to be shy around him, but not too aggressive either. Try to make him comfortable around you so that he won't be as shy around you. Don't over-do it.When you get over your shyness, so will he. Good Luck!
