I like to take yogurt and put it in a big bowl. Then I add tons of dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, mangos, cherries, etc.) Then I take my jar of honey and stick it in the microwave for a minute, so it gets nice and hot, and then I drizzle the hot honey over the yogurt and fruit. Very tasty and healthy.

with a spoon, lol. Milk made from fresh raw milk is amazing, made into tzatziki or with fresh fruit. Another good way to eat yogurt is in a smoothie, with bananas and strawberry, and a touch of honey or agave nector
