Despite what everyone else is saying, whilst you are able to draw your pension almost everywhere, only certain countries will retain pension increases as if you were still in the UK. Have a look here for the official information :-

Yes, you can recieve your pension in Canada or any old commonwealth country, but you will not be granted any future rises in your pension.(State Pension that is,) Your pension will be the same value 10 years after you left Britain. as it was the day you left.

Hi Frank, yes you can even though you've emigrated, you will have to make arrangement with your pension company (I'm presuming your talking about your police pension) if it the state pension the same applies

You can draw your police pension through your bank but statepension paid to persons residing in Canada remains static with no increases.
