I say you choose the guy you feel like you can be yourself around. I would let the other guy know in person that you are sorry but you have made up your mind and you think it would be best if he keeps his distance from you and your new boyfriend. The reason I say you should get rid of the other guy is because it only causes problems with you and your boyfriend when another guy is around that wants you. Keeping the unwanted around also is leading him on to think that someday you are going to want him back.

Subconsciously we all know the answers to the questions we ask so what you do is flip a coin, If it comes up heads and you feel happy with that then go with heads, but if you feel it is the wrong choice then go with tails. The point of the coin flip is not to make the decision but to gauge how you feel about the result. (does that make sense)
secondly, you would need to be up front wit the other person. Tell them the truth as gently as you can and then cut ties with them. Your new relationship doesn't need the strain of old memories.

Write their names down on paper, mix them up.
Pick one of the pieces of paper.
If it has guy A's name written on it and you feel a bit sad, then you go for guy B.
If you pick the one your heart doesn't truly want to be with, you'll know.
Staying friends after, never a good idea esp if you are having confusing feelings now.
Keeping them as a friend would be selfish if they have feelings for you and you are with someone else, let them go.

They are ex's for a reason
Distance yourself and write down on one side of a page what attracts you to each one
Then on the other side of the page what caused you to split up
If you began to date either one then you lose the opportunity to attract some real potential love in to your life
Are you prepared to wait or return to someone who is you ex for some reason....

I'd run.
No really. I'd tell them both I'm not really ready for a relationship right now, and see what happens from there.
Don't let the drama get to you. BREATHE.

Pick which ever one is more honest. You will not regret it. Love is based on trust, which is hard to find.
