Promise yourself a day off in two days' time. During that day you're not allowed to touch the Answers button, to check your answers for thumbs-ups or downs, to ask questions or to answer them. You aren't even allowed to peek. Then the day after that go back to normal. Repeat this so that you take at least one of these days a week, unless you want to "up" the withdrawal. You can take methadone to help with the shakes. Good luck!

Its not that you are here too much, you just answer alot of questions that you want to partake in. Like give your two cents!!!
There is nothing wrong with coming to the Y! Q&A section once a day, or all day long. I like to see what others feel in regards to my belief.
We are all made up differently, i.e. culture, backgrounds, etc.. but we all are made by the Father's hands... God the Father that is. :o)
Don't leave, you might help just one person here.. that's better than walking away not helping any one.
But, if you feel you spend too much time here, then walk away and don't look back. You go girl!!!

Even if you do not succeed now, you will eventually get bored with it. You'll get tired of reading the same old questions over and over again. Or something else will come along in your life and capture your attention. I used to to rack up 800 or more points a week, and now I'm down to a couple hundred or less. And there are certainly far worse addictions.

These yellow stripes don't mean one thing to me, even the amount of points I have don't mean anything to me, There are many that gets the yellow stripes & they don't know one thing about Christians. I am here because I am Retired, This gives me something to do to help at least one person, But I myself am about ready to stop, Because all questions is the same. All you have to do is get up & walk away, Like I am getting ready to do now myself because I need to do things around the house. Hey Yes, I help my wife around the house, I help her wash dishes, vaccum, Clean house, Why not, She is my wife, Why should I since I retired from my employer, sit back & do nothing, a wife never gets to retire.

Join the crowd; oh, and I sure wish we had the choice of whether or not we have that stupid orange strip - I personally hate the thing; I see no purpose for it at all. I really wish they would take it the hell off.

Given that "hazydaze" is your on-line moniker, why not try sex, drugs and rock & roll to take your mind off the R & S section?! At least there's a chance that you'll have some fun along with another living, breathing, live and not virtual human being!

All addictions require God's help to break free. Call on Him and He will help you run outside and take a brisk walk!

Is it really an addiction? If so, go quietly and swiftly and ask God for help. If its only something you love and you do it a bit too much, ask God to help you with it, and learn to balance yourself.
Is it time to walk away or do it with balance??????
