Either he is not interested and was trying to impress his friends by getting your number or he's acting like a guy and thinking that calling too soon makes him look desperate so he'll wait a couple of days

Most guys are not the most talkative group unlike girls we could think of a million things to talk about while guys would much rather get their point across and hang up the phone. My suggestion to you is to first call him and just have a small friendly conversation after that never call him again, if he was really interested in you he will call you back. Good Luck

Either he isn't interested or he's playing games and either way you need not worry about someone like that who BEGS for your # only to NOT CALL once you give him the digits.

Sometimes it's just easier to be a coward. There could be a million reasons why he didn't call. Maybe he's not single, maybe he lost your #, maybe the day after he met another chick who he liked even better and decided to call her instead, maybe he's dead. The list goes on and on so don't even waste your time worrying about it, just move on.

Yeah I use to wonder why that happens too....he either lost it or he bet someone that he can get your number he can't be shy or nervous because he begged you for it so he is not a shy person
