A hot shower (followed by a cool one) or a cold shower after a sauna, is excellent for improving circulation and ridding your body of toxins through sweating. But it's not a shortcut to weight loss.

To feel cold water on the body is to feel God,who is earth,.water, fire.air and sky and again He is the feeler and perceiver in all of us.

I suggest you to go to a river and take a bath immersed in the water and feel God all around you, right, left, below and above. Of course, you should know how to swim.

Let the weight wait for sometime.

uh heck no!! If cold water made people loose weight, there would be no water left in US.
