Hi all... I have seen a girl in my office. I really liked her. I want to talk to her...But she is very reserved and will not speak to any strangers. Neither I don't know any of her friends to approach her nor any of my friends know her. Please help me with the tips to approach her.

Under no circumstances be indecent to her. Don't ever make any haste or show off. You will ruin your prospect. Be natural and give her the respect and consideration. This will generate a sense of admiration in her heart and she herself will look for any opportunity to talk to you. Once you break the ice and then follow the natural course without ever showing your smartness. She will turn out to be your good friend. The rest will follow as destined.

In my opinion i think the boy should ask out the girl but that is because i am from Chicago and that is what we usually do here but then some relationships are ruined because the guy is to shy or they girl is to shy in my school we have boys and girls and the girls usually talk to the boys and then the girls usually talk among themselves same with the boys. I'm not shure if this helps it might be a little unclear but that is my opinion.

Play donut guy for the day or hand out candy to everyone. Then you can tell her how important chocolate is for you and you can approach her because she is not singled out. Everyone is getting a treat from you, get it. Fear of rejection is very real so If you get a smile that will be great. good luck

Just do it very slowly. For a month or so just say "hi" every time you go by even if you get no response. Then in month #2 says "hi, hows it going?" every time you go by. Then by month #3 she won't think of you as a stranger any more, she'll think of you as a nice friendly guy and talk to you.

Run in to her a couple times and make small talk about something going on in the office -- make it so you aren't strangers anymore -- or if there are projects to work on make it so you guys are forced to work together.

Try to approach her after work sometime. And away to the side so she won't feel embarrassed if she is reserved.

introduce yourself to her but keep your initial encounters brief and then gradually increase the amount of time spent talking to her. Don't be overbearing and bombard her constantly with your presence, but be confident and smile when you around her.

just start by doin lil things like if she drops somthin help her or if she needs help with anything offer to do it.
start small and work ur way up everyone starts as a stranger but u get to know them n then ur good.

i would go with what heather said, but i would just talk to every now and then and see what interest her the most and see if you guys have nething in common...and when you guys start talkin more get her number and call her every now and then, not all the time tho cuz most girls i kno hate it when a guy is to clingy...good luck with her tho!!<3

Just go and introduce yourself. Maybe she is just shy. I know that I am and if a guy makes the first move I can take it from there. Just give it a try.
