Same reason it's bad on the 5, 15, 605, 405, 91, 710, 10, 60, 55, 57 and all the others. So. Cal. is a magnet state.

Folks trying to get to the 110 to get to downtown or to the 10 for WLA.
Folks trying to get to Ontario.
Traffic is bad in both directions, no way around it.
