That depends on what age perspective you have. The young seem to want to get older faster. The older we get it seems we want to stop the clock from running.

The greatest bromide (Ayn Rand has me using this word way too often) of our times appears to be the need for the young to want to hastely reach the age where certain privileges are bestowed upon them, specifically that of 18 and 21. I lament the fact that all too often we ruminate at a later age on how we should have lived more at the present of our young years instead of wasting valuable mental energy contemplating the anticipation of reaching 18.
In the end, age is just a number. Our true age is in our hearts, our thoughts, and our actions.

p.s. exercise and eating healthy is the fountain of youth. striving to learn something new or improve ourselves daily is the heart and mind's fountain of youth.

No, you want to stay at the same age you want to stay at when you think about staying at this age forever, but did you think about staying at the age you were before when you thought about this months ago and in the future to, so you will need about 15 clones to stay at all those ages, and really its more like times, the perfect time... when you are having sex with someone and you say wow I wish this would go on forever, or if you have a great day... that all it is sweety.

I think I'm afraid of aging and then one day just not being young enough to do the things I like to do. It's too depressing to think about.

b/c some people are scared of getting old, or b/c at that age and time their life is going really well.
But I say that getting older and experiencing things is good for you
