We are starting to see more cocoa percentage labels on chocolate on the retail shelf. Is more better? And what are the benefits of cocoa? And is it okay if you're on a diet?

They say that there are benifits to having asmall piece of chocolate everyday but what most ppl dont realize is that 70% cocoa is what is reccomended becauseof its flavinoids
which can have health benefits and also releases endorphins which is the hormone that releases plesure to the brain

High Cocoa content should be better for you as it has higher iron content and has less sugar content.
