Every day I walk for 20 minutes, I do 30 minutes of leg and thigh workout, 15 minutes of arm workout, and 15 minutes of ab workout. Is this enough to lose, lets say about 30 pounds, in at least a month in 1/2?

Ok, listen to me carefully, I'll keep this plain and simple...
You WILL lose weight ONLY if the amount of calories (energy) you burn during your workout EXCEEDS the amount of calories you ingest.

The fat you are wearing on your body are fat cells...your metabolism will use up those fat cells (calories/energy), hence you lose weight, ONLY when it cannot get calories from another source (e.g. that pizza, coke and fries you eat AFTER working out).
Get it?

This type of workout is probably only going to help in toning you. If your wanting to loose pounds and fat you need to do Cardio or aerboics 5-6 days a week for at leat an hour. If you are trying to 30 lbs in that least amount of time you are going to have to also diet. Cut your calorie intake down. Watch your portions. Stop drinking calorie and drink plenty of water.

this is not an easy to answer question if its a high intensity workout then yes if not you know your body, it might maintain or make you lose weight either way if you are losing weight don't try to rush it as long as the weight is coming off don't push yourself too hard, i don't know what kind of movements you do but i would suggest that whenever you do work out use moves that benefit more than just one muscle group for instance you could use free weights instead of machines and one thing i liked to do with my arms was to hold them out at a 45 degree angle from my body and curl the weights up towards my shoulders so that i would work my upper arm and shoulder as well as my bicep, it also depends on what you eat, its always best to combine a healthy diet with good exercise for maximum weight loss potential, good luck,

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how many you need to lose weight.
work out - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min plus light weight weight training
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
instead of big meals eat 5-6 small meals a day (portion control)
no junk food, no bleached flower (e.g.white bread, pasta), no sodas

Losing that much weight that fast is not only unhealthy but it's unrealistic. Try working out every other day and eating right. Also give yourself enough time to achieve your goals because u might be disappointed.

I think only the walking will help you lose calories. The other exercises you metioned are for toning. Compliment your workout with a healthy diet - salads, soups, etc. That, I think, would certainly help you meet your target.

Good luck!
