ok.so the thing is i told the guy that guy's will say i love you just to get into a gals nix..!! which we all agree. this guy's next action was to prove he is not just after sex. (by the way which he didnt get).

Don't be manipulated. At a young age 99% of all boys are about sex. They can say what they want to impress you, but boys are operating on their hormones and will tell you anything to satisfy those hormones. Understand too that they are very patient in their sexual needs to be satisfied until it becomes a long term wait. They tend to move on after about 9 months to a year at the most. If he hangs around for a year then he cares about you, but he will still have sex at the back of his mind because it is human nature. Don't try to think that times have changed either. Boys have been the same way since time began and will be the same for the next 1000 years.

Well I think its stupid for a guy to say I love you for sex -- especially since most girls aren't looking for that but if he's trying to prove that its not about sex - maybe its not. Most guys are scared of that it shows a deeper comitment than they are ready for. Too be honest I think a lot of girls fall in love too fast anyway and niavely thinks the guy has to be right there with her this really effects relationships in a bad way.

well, i am not an advocate for pre-marital sex, but if i were: i would wait for him to prove to you that he does love you, and if he can't or won't then dump him.
