My left butt cheek has been twitching on and off. Is this canceys?

Well considering you're probably just a child I doubt you've met many cancerians... That being said, you're mistaking weakness with an ability to feel everything more intensely than others. Sometimes it can be very powerful & cancerians need some time to digest. You don't want to get in their way when this happens.. Just give them some space.. Now when you think about it (don't strain Robert), an ability to feel everything more intensely is quite a power because it extends to everything life has to offer.. ~Peace

It's probably just a muscle spasm.
If you're really that concered go see a doctor. I really doubt anyone here can diagnose your twitchy hind-quarters properly.

If ur anus pulsates it a sign of diverticulitis .i had 30cm (12in)of my bowel removed because of it.no it does not mean you have cancer.but get it looked at
