The walls only let certain special people see them and even talk to fewer of us. She is lucky to see the walls and talk to them, but she needs to stop fighting with them as they will always win

Maybe they say young children can see spirits better than adults because they are more open , also young kids still have an imagination, if she doesn't seem up to par intelligence wise with other children her age she might has a mental issue like autism

Wow. Sounds like she is having hallucinations......
It is possiible that she could have psychic access that others don't, but I would recommend a physical, she could also be taking drugs, or have an aneurism or brain tumor or something. I don't want to scare you, just better safe than sorry.

I'd get her t the nearest mental health crisis clinic. And soon!
My husband's aunt was like that, and she started to get violent. She saw people that weren't there. (She is developmentally disabled) She has to be medicated or she gets crazy.
