How do you capture oil derrecks in C&C Generals????!!?

Select your baracks (where you train soldiers).
Click the 'flag' or 'capture' upgrade.
When it's built, your soldiers (only gunners, not the missile-guys) can capture oil-derrecks, factories, and even enemy buildings too.
