it's been 4 months since I have broken up with my ex-gf ...we broke up smoothly, and try to stay friends but, it is still hard on me, ..I don't talk to her very often , but each time I heard of her ..well, I think I'm feeling bad ....!!! for example, this morning, I comed to work, and one of my colleague, tells me ..hey I saw your ex this weekend, she was with her bf ....!!! or another friend , telling me another day , I went to that festival last time, I saw your ex with her guy ..etc...etc... Each time, I tried to forget, people comes again with such issues ..really, I feel frustrated sometimes, ...what can I do ?

Just take them as they come and then blow them off. Everyone at your work a some point is going to mention it. But it wil soon fizzle out.

Don't worry.. I hear bout mine too and it sucks! At least you didn't find out that she pregnant. I just found out that my ex just got this girl pregnant. This one girl who was bothering him for the 3 yrs that we are together. It's only been 5 months. Ya, that sucks... but what I realized no matter what.. you just have to let it go no matter how much it hurts. i wanted to go kick some ***. haha. but, eh.. not worth it. Just tell them to not mention her. Or just act like it don't bother you. It gives them fire to burn you....

Your grown up right? It part of life it's not fun by any means but to become a stronger better person you need to learn from this, if she is happy let her be until you can acept she is happy then you can not be happy or move on.

You have to imagine her, kissing her new bf like she used to kiss you, but longer...the feel of her body naked against his, what she has learned sexually from him, the positions, the different entrances, the tastes!. And try to be happy for her as she is enjoying wonderful sex now. How much bigger he is than you...and better at all those things she loves......

tell me about it.my bf is at school all the time i and i still like him!but he hates me because i wrote i hated him but i told him i still liked him so he made me cry about how stupid i was and stuff.
as for you if you really like your then ask her out again,did you break up with your ex then yeah ask her out again(that is if you like her still)
