The answer is a big YES. But it is difficult to go there, because it is not a physical or terrestrial place. It is a journey of consciousness. You have to raise your level of consciousness.Let all the darkness of ignorance of doubts fade away and the sun of self knowlwdge dawn on you. I pray to God, may you discover the ultimate truth and reality of your self which is all knowledge, all truth and all happiness. Know that you are above all dualities, one and the only one, without a second, eternal, free from impuritites, the changeless, the witness of all minds and intellects, beyond all emotions, above three attributes called sattwa, rajas and tamas, free from birth and death/ Know that you are not thoughts but witness of thoughts.Meet a realised person and remove all the doubts in your intellect.

Dwandwateetam gagana sadrisham
Tattwamasyadi laksham
Ekam nityam vimalam achalam
Sarva dhi sakshibhutam
Bhavateetam triguna rahitam
Sad gurum tam namami.

Well I too had been depressed and sometimes had anxiety when I was young. I study the bible and listen to Christian radio.... you really need an uplifting message and song worship now and again as this world can be tough to deal with but remember eyes on self and not on the Lord isn't a good place to be. If you take the focus off of yourself and talk to God about the sin of depression and self-loathing or fear or whatever it is you are going through, pray for help and hand it over to him, walk on in faith and grace and study his word and uplifting messages, you'll be on the right path.
Which is not to say you won't fall .... rely on your Christian friends to count on for prayer for you. I always let people know when I need their prayers. It works, hang in there.

The place to help you with your phobias and depression would be your local psychiatrist, they are more than qualified, due some research and find someone who is specialized in that field.
For faith questions first ask yourself "what is my faith and where would I like it to go"? Then find a Church that you feel comfortable with and go there and start asking questions.
Before all this I do recommend that you sit and pray, if you have some friends, ask them over to pray with you.
God bless you and may He guide your steps always.

Read the Bible. In the back there are catagories that you can go under and find the specific verse for your needs. God Bless!

The Bible. sweetheart don't fret, for God is in control. Whether it be by life or death He alone is on the throne. he loves you dear. He created you because He wanted someone just like you to love Him. Don't look to man for answers. Trust in Him.

Your doctor can help with depression and phobias.
I imagine a vicar, priest, rabbi or other religious leader would be of most help with religious queries.

I would say that if you have a trusted spiritual advisor you could ask them for spiritual counseling but please consider professional counseling as well and maybe see a doctor concerning your depression. Good luck to you.
