My cat does exactly the same thing, if we go shopping and come home with a load of carriers she into all of them its very funny and cute. I think she likes the noise it makes more than anything she also has a fetish for normal handbags too, if any of my mates come round she just sits on top of their bags or if its open she will stick her head in and only her bum sticks out. She loved Christmas because of all the wrapping paper she was jumping on it and pretty much getting underneath it. Boxes too she loves to get into boxes so you have to keep an eye when you are throwing out rubbish that she hasnt got a little too nosy hehehee.

Yes my female cat has a passion for carrier bags. Trouble is if you leave her long enough with one, it ends up in bits. She also loves other bags like handbags, suitcases etc. She'll even make a bed in a cardboard box especially if the box is too small for her. She makes the box fit the cat.

It might be because he finds comfortable and safe. Or he might have spent time in one as a kitten. My cat loves boxes. No sooner than we take something out a box, she jumps right in. Sometimes we have to check before we close a box to make sure she does not jump in while we weren't looking.
At least you can take the cat to the vet's while she is in the bag. My cat hates going to the vet. It is a struggle just get her in the carrier.

i imagine ALL of my cats have executed that to a pair degree. the three I definitely have now, the 12 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old blended tabby, she doesn't do a lot of something except devour, sleep and love up. The Bengal likes to chunk on bags and lick vinyl tableclothes. The orange and white likes to chunk on the luggage and crawl interior them and devour in spite of is interior. i'm no longer particular of the well being ramifications, yet I continuously tell them to end. Everytime I convey in the groceries, "the lads" (the Bengal and the tremendous orange and white) could research each of the contents and rustle each again a minimum of 5 circumstances. One time I regarded down on the floor the position the luggage the position and that i discussed 2 catbutts sticking out from one plastic bag. for sure, it truly is the position the hamburger replaced into. fortunately, I were given to them formerly they were given to it. They love the crinkle of the luggage a lot, that i purchased them this enormous tube that crinkles even as they walk in it. they prefer it and oftentimes even sleep in it.

Hi!
My cat loves them too. His new favourite game is to put a toy on top of the bag, then hide it inside, then get it out again! Very sweet!
Just make sure you only let him play / sleep in the bag when you are in the room. Never leave a bag for him to play with when you're out of the house - very very dangerous!

Mine does that too.
Cats love the sound of carrier bags.
I have a little see through plastic bags and I make some hole for her to breathe.
Guess what, she love to play space girl.
Put her head in and run around chasing us.
We would pretend not to see her and she really thought we couldn't.
Then she would jumped on anyone passing her.
Quite funny and so lovely to watch. Lots of fun..!!!
You should try that.!!!

Yes, one of our cats is the same way. She sleeps in the carrier bag and in the tub or the bathroom sink. I sometimes think she thinks she is one of the dogs by the way she acts.
