CAROL'S DAUGHTER

i have heard so much about this stuff that i tried it - WOW.
it's not only good for african american hair, but tahitian, hawaiian, australian hair. dry, coarse, thick, curly type hair.
it also works well on finer hair.

i'm a professional and there aren't many non professional products i would suggest, but this is one i will.

take care

Well i am unfamiliar with those but I can tell you what i use and look for. I am mixed with Indian and Black so i have very long tight thick but soft frizzy curls. the ONLY thing that can tame this mane is something HEAVY like the black colored gels and lite grease like pink moisturizer. curly hair takes more maintenance than permed hair-oh yea....NEVER PERM IT!!! and don't confuse kinky with curly-they require different processes. Kinky products tend to be waxy and sticky because they are for holding down natural hair. curly products should focus on keeping the hair moisturized and not frizzy. but for little kids i love the just for me line i use a mixture of the greases and gel in my little girls hair. if you plan on straightning it make sure to use a pressing wax like dax.

my daughter hair gets curly and tangled easily...i use dove products and an electric hot-comb it does wonders for her hair it really straightens it and i only have to do it once a month in the summer months i take her to a braid shop to have her hair braided (no extensions she's only five) my daughter has alot of hair and this really helps because she loves the pool!

I use Mane N' Tail, it's used for horse manes and tails(lol), but it's safe for human use, it has instuctions on the bottle. I find that Panten Pro-V for women of color works well too. I oil my hair with African oil, by African Pride. You can use Hot 6 oil as well, but idk who it is by.
