Well, the pros of living with your boy/girl friend is the fact that in can ease up your finances, for that you both can split the rent. And the utilities. You will never sleep alone in bed. You always have someone to talk to, to be there, you would never be lonely. You can both go out together. Kind of like a marriage, per se.
But, the cons of living with someone is that he or she may see mail that you do not want them to see. They may become messier or a "neat freak" type of a person that may be a burden upon you.
They may share the rent and such, but not the food bill. They always may be around you when you really feel like being alone. You may want to use the phone and they are using it and you do not want to use your cell all the time. And, how about the t.v.? If you have two t.v.s, then that is good but, you may want to invest in another one if you only have one and want to watch what you want to. And when it comes to the bedroom: does either one of you snore? wanting sex/not wanting sex every day? what side of the bed you prefer-don't prefer? are you a "too-cold kind of a person" or a "too hot kind of a person"?
You see. There are other things to consider, too, but these are the starters. Some people prefer to date their partners and still live alone and finds that better than anything.
So, you figure out which one you like better.

You see the person more, you find out what really bugs you about them, you will figure out if you want to be with them long-term or not, they can help financially with 1/2 the bills.
I think it is a good thing to live together before getting engaged so you will know if you are compatible to live with each other.
I think it is best to keep your money separate, have your own bank account, and maybe set up a joint account for joint bills/savings.
I was scared to live with my partner, but it has been good overall. I find it much easier than it was living with my parents. :) He only moved in because I bought a house.

When you move in with someone you really learn alot about them. The good, bad and ugly..
Before I would even consider moving in with a partner I would try to sleep over on the weekend and maybe a week here and there. Doing so gives me a better idea of how she is.
-- You come home to someone you love or really like and it can bring you two closer together - or, push you away.
Moving in with someone is big step.

Mostly all pro's...
After age 18, don't invest more than 2 - 3 yrs. in a relationship
without marriage...Never have kids out of wedlock..
Always get a Pre-Nup..
Never marry anyone who exhibits personality or character
problems as it will only get worse after marriage.
Living together is a good way to detect problems...

If you think you're ready for it, do it. Moving in is a step that will either make or break a relationship. But, you might as well figure it out sooner rather than later.

Cons: either it will be ok knowing this person or not, when you fight either you have to leave or talk about things over, you have to clean like it or not, sometimes go to bed mad
