In the US we'd call her a "hostess" or perhaps a "television personality."

We use the word "presenter" for both men and women. By the way, in English we say "on TV" rather that "in TV". If we say someone is "in television" it usually means he/she works for a TV station, but not necessarily someone who appears *on* television - (eg a scriptwiter, director or producer, a cameraman or a sound engineer. etc)

Continuity Presenter, Continuity Announcer, or just Presenter.
Any of these three are correct.
