Keep getting this error on Windows XP SP2. Happens when connected to the Internet. Basically the internet connection terminates after a few minutes of receiving this error message and the sound card gets disabled. Also the user interface changes to the classic style but then comes back to normal again.
I thought my Windows was corrupted, so I done a fresh installation and the only software I installed was AVG Anti Virus, MSN Messenger and Adobe Acrobat Reader. But I still get that error message! I defo got no virus on my PC.

Your problem isn't with virus IT with trojan so try Ad-Aware SE Personal and don't forget to visit this Macaffe' Alternative site : http://www.hackerwatch.org/probe/ then select the simple test first then try the scan ports test.
Then if u didn't find any trojan contact me ;)
