One tip to prevent them in the future is to make sure you always wash your hair before your wash the rest of your body as when you rinse your hair, the shampoo and conditioner will leave a film on your back which therefore clog pores.

As already suggested make sure your cleanse and exfoliate your back when you shower and the spots should clear up!

My dermatologist recommends taking a hot bath with 1/2 cup of bleach added to a full bath. This kills a lot of bacteria which leads to the dreaded bumps. 3 times a week for about two weeks in between regular showers or baths.Use an antibacterial soap in the regular bath or an acne wash. After you have the bumps under control a bleach bath once a week should reduce the amount of bacteria.

Try cleaning your back with Boots tea tree and Witch Hazel wipes. They should kill any bacteria on your back (preventing new spots) and help heal the spots you have now).

Since their are wipes you can use them very easily, try using them in the morning and at night.

Drinking water also helps clean out your system

You can try buying a good branded body exfoliator as well as a loofah for your back in order to scrape away all the dead cells and better your skin.

use a good skin exfoliater. Avoid using moisturiser on your back as it may block pores.

If it persists then go to a beauty clinic and have a back skin treatment mask
