They had to dump him after the Beatles became bigger than Jesus. Interestingly he went on the form the band Nazareth. You may recall their hit songs; Hair of the Dog and Love Hurts.

You got your facts wrong. It was Pete Best. Not Jesus of Nazareth. Pete's character in The Beatles just wouldn't do. Record sales will be affected compared to an icon in the making, Ringo Starr.

The Beatles were very much into Transcendental Meditation. Listen CLOSELY to the song 'My Sweet Lord'. You will hear Hare Krishna and Guru Dev mentioned in the backbground.

No, that was Pete Best. Ringo was a better drummer.
There was also a Beatle named Stu Sucliff (or something like that) and he remained in Germany when they went back to England.

He was the first Beatle to die. No wonder John said he was more famous than Jesus.

Those who lean unto there own understanding of scripture are leading others astray and blinded by their "pride!" But this has to occur for the Kingdom of God is coming to this earth and establish His way as the only way.
Pride is man's downfall. The End of the circle of man's self rule will be the beginning of Christ's Kingdom but that "pride" must be broken first!

I think you're getting this confused: Charles Darwin was in a band called The Beagles.
Edit: I guess it would be funnier if I said The Monkeys. ;-)
