I know alot of couples that have an account set up for wedding expenses, and that is what they use to pay for their bands or you can buy his and he can buy yours... good luck!

I paid for my husband's band, and he paid for mine. His band was more expensive than mine, and since he already had paid for my engagement ring it was nice to give him a break and pay for the more expensive of the two anyway.

Traditionally the brides family pays for the wedding bands since the groom paid for the engagement ring. However modern tration is that you buy each others bands. She buys his and vice versa

Our money is mixed so we will both be paying for them. Why are you asking??? Do him to give you a $100?? I don't think their is any real rule of this anymore... couples pay for their bands and normally because they are living together it end up being and even split.

Usually the guy pays for the girl and the girl pays for the guy. My parents bought us the rings as a gift to us which was REALLY sweet.

things have changed form the "traditional" way things were done regarding weddings. what ever the two of you decided to do is the right thing for the two of you. I will be purchasing my fiances' wedding band and he will be purchasing mine. i went to a reception last summer and the groom purchased both so ...your preference prevails here. congrats!

traditionally the groom&family buys the brides ring and the bride&family buys the grooms ring.
But there's no set rules- you can buy each your own or have one pay for all or split it even. Whatever works for you!

traditionaly if they guy askes you to marry him then he would have bought your ring/rings(engagment ring and wedding band to match) then it is the girls responsibility to purchase the guys wedding band. and vise versa if the girl askes the guy to marry him she would be resposible for his ring. but i have never heard of anyone paying for their own rings, think of it as a gift of marriage/love, the ring is a symbol of love for each other theirfore you purchase the gift to be given to your signifigant other. why would you buy the gift of love for your self?
