Moses and Aaron failed to sanctify Jehovah in connection with the miraculous provision of water at Meribah in the Kadesh area. Therefore they lost the privilege of entering the Promised Land.

As Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron: “Because you did not show faith in me to sanctify me before the eyes of the sons of Israel, therefore you will not bring this congregation into the land that I shall certainly give them." Num. 20:12

Moses struck instead of spoke to a rock. God said 'speak' and Moses tried to do it himself.....

Aaron and Miriam both died before the group went into Canaan because they spoke against God's anointed leader Moses. They MAY have also been part of the generation of grumbling that caused the group to wander for about 40 years. Only Joshua and Caleb, the two spies that said 'invade' were allowed to enter the promised land twice (first as spies and second as leaders of the Israelite army). They are the ONLY ones who left Egypt and LIVED in the promised land.

Good question ! I think the answer for Aaron is a little simpler. He had no wish to go. With Moses out of the way, there was no obstacle between him and the throne of Egypt. For Moses, well... He was a great historical leader with a vision so strong that a whole nation followed him into the desert to seek it. (Wish we had leaders of that stature today !) But like many visionaries that have brought major changes into the lives of ordinary people, the sublime fact is that he never lived long enough to witness it himself.
Its perhaps a personal tragedy for him but this is the pathos that great legends are made of. (By the way, just because I say it is a legend doesn't necessarily mean that it didn't happen. It just means that it is story that has been handed down through the centuries.)

Many will say it was because Moses struck the rock instead of speaking to it. You are being deceived. Satan is a LIAR and the father of it.

The "Promised Land" is in the kingdom of Heaven it has never been on earth. After Satan got Moses to bow down, he claimed the soul of Moses for his kingdom in hell. If you read more closely you will see that those that refused to worship Satan died, but at that time there had been no Judgment, all souls good and evil went to purgatory. The first Harvest did not take place until Jesus died. Jesus "SETUP" his kingdom in heaven,
"I go to my Father's house to prepare a place for you"

Abraham, Issac and Jacob lived peacefully with the Canaanites, Moses killed and looted the land, Moses even killed 3000 of his own people the day his god gave in the 10 commandments

Because it was time for a change in leadership. When leaders become too revered, we tend to make them into gods. Only two of the original group crossed into the Promised Land. The rest wandered in the desert until they were able to build a community and learn to live as a free people rather than slavery. It's not easy to accept the responsibilities of freedom after centuries of slavery.

regrettably you will never get an answer for that question. it may be like asking "why did no longer Harry Potter discover the significant in the 0.33 financial disaster." with a view to be attentive to why Moses replace into no longer allowed into the promise land you will ought to ask the author of the bible or Moses himself, and the two considered one of them are lifeless. besides the fact that if, in case you think in the know-how, then you certainly be attentive to that it is the spirit that lives on consistently, so in keeping with risk sooner or later you will comprehend that certainty or a minimum of come to an agreeable stance on the subject of Christianity altogether. What are you able to do approximately this? you are able to ask this on google and spot what you get. yet undergo in strategies those are in elementary terms interpretations.

God told moses to speak to the rock for what the people wanted. He used his staff which worked earlier when the people were grumbling. Therefore he didnt listen. Hence he did not go to the promised land.

God was in direct contact/communications with Moses. But when God tells Moses to do something (like: strike the stones & water will flow from it, to quench the thirst of the people in the midst of the desert sands)...Moses still hesitates doing it because it seems very stupid to expect that the water will flow from that stone by mere striking it by human force.
It is a distrust of God`s power and reverence.

They were not allowed in because Moses struck the rock instead of speaking to the rock as God told him. The symbolism to it is important because to strike the rock twice would be to suggest that Christ would have to be crucified more than once. Also the symbolism to the Christian life is that you cannot attained to spiritual maturity by living by the law or being led by the law. Spiritual maturitycomes as we learn to live by the grace of God through faith.

Moses sinned when God told him to speak to the rock the second time the Israelites were without water. He was angry at them for griping so much and hit the rock like he did the first time they needed water. God wants strict obedience - the rock represented Jesus Christ Who was giong to be "hit" killed just once for our sins. He didn't get to go to Canaan, but did get to go to heaven and appeared with Elijah to Jesus and three of his disciples on the Mt. of Transfiguration.
