I can only find one document on any search engine in french that has the word. It seems to use it in a medical context but I can't read it. I don't speak french. Here is a snippet of the article that uses the word:

Par contre, on notait un comblement muqueux situé au
niveau des cellules ethmoïdales antérieures dans le système trébulaire à droite

Can anyone tell me what this means?!?!? It would help a lot!

I think that it is a word used for a cluster, or grouping together, of three. From what I have been able to unearth, trébulaire is akin to tribular, i.e. tribal or grouping. This link refers to a grouping of three bones just there.

Hmmm...I'm not a medical person either, but what I know is that the "cellules ethmoidales" are bone parts above the nose. Taking that into account, I would presume that "Trébulaire" might be a typo and might have been intended to mean tubulaire or something, thus perhaps referring to the sinus in that area.

Sorry, but this word really doesn't seem to appear in this context somehow. :o(

On the other hand, one noted a mucous filling located at the level of the former cells ethmoïdales in the system trébulaire on the right

that is what it means, ethmoidales and trebulaire are not french words.
