There are laws that apply to everyone no matter how rich their parents are, one of those laws are than you have to be a teenager and pass a driving test to get even a learners permit, then you have to pass that test too. Even if you drive a Mercedes.
Before you decide your family's money lets you do what you want, look at the lives of other rich children, few of them end up happy.

Just wait until you're 16. But I know when I was 9 driving a car was all-ways on my mind.

If your parents are rich, they should get you a chauffeur. You are too young to drive. You would probably get yourself killed, along with whoever you run those expensive cars into. Don't do it!

Absolutely, providing your parents are extremely wealthy and have political power, you can do anything you want, just like all the political elitists that get away with crimes on a daily basis...
