but they are not without total 100% responsibility for it all.

Since, I say each and every one of us is 100% responsible for what happened and what is happening around this subject, than that would include Muslims as well. (Just no more or less than you and I. )

Agree or disagree?

could we compare it to that analogy of people on a boat and the people on one sideare telling the people on the other side " there are no holes on our side of th boat"! But newsflash! everybody is going to go down on that boat! Wouldn't it be more useful if everyone took responsibility for the holes and the whoel boat?

I. AGREE.
I would like to add that I consider religious extremists (among others) to be held responsible for 9/11 and not muslims (whether at an individual or group level). the two are very different in my opinion.

*** among others: i think there is still much to be learned in regards to who is responsible for 9/11. "Black Tuesday" is much more intricate.

II. AGREE

We would live a much healthier life if each of us could take his/her part of responsibility in humanity. by the way, i like the boat metaphor.

No, I don't think that Muslims are to blame for terrorism. The vast majority of Muslims are just superb people and, as with all religions, it is the vocal and aggressive minority that spoil things for everyone else. The teachings of not only the Christian God or the Muslim Allah or indeed of all gods are taken out of context by these people and warped to fit their own ideals which they then try to force on others.

I would also disagree that everyone is 100% responsible for the events you mention. There are plenty of people in the world who are entirely removed from these events and their causes and can therefore have no blame whatsoever.

There is a pretty reliable theory out there that holds the belief that Religion is responsible for like 98% of all past terrorism and war in human history.
However Religion is a tool which is used by mankind to controll the masses,so actually religion and mankind are in some respects synonymous!
It is impossible to factually place the right amount of blame on this person vs that person etc..however I would say that all tragic events like war, murder, rape are direct consequences of the human trait called self destruction.

I agree that Muslims are not to blame for 9/11, I do not believe you're theory that every one of us is responsible for what happened, 9/11 is the fault of the people who took the Muslim teachings out of context in the Koran, it is the fault of the people who are teaching people to kill themselves and other innocent people, and the subjects surrounding this is now the fault of the government, waging war against a cause which needs healing! It is the fault of every bigotted person who is of the opinion that this is the right way to behave, it is in no way my fault, my family's fault, the victim's fault, the fault of the innocent, so stop asking silly questions like that!!! f*cking idiot

The people who carried out the attacks were Muslims, but I would not take the entire religion to task. There were also problems within the Bush and Clinton White Houses that could have prevented it. There are plenty of non-Muslim terrorists: Timothy McVeigh, Sirhan Sirhan (Christian), Bush himself . . .

you cant blame the entire group of people for what happened that day. I consider the Oklahoma City bombings to be a terrorist attack but no one asked if all of Christianity was responsible for it since Timothy whoever was Christian

terrorist are responsible for terrorisim. Not a particular race, and certainly not all of us. The events of 911 were certainly no ones fault except those involved. I know alls fair in love in war but we should be aware we are at war first.
