I would think as long as your dog's vaccinations are up to date, she'll be fine. People do eat squirrel after all. If the squirrel had any parasites such as fleas, your dog could end up with tapeworm, so I would definitely get your vet's advise!
Always take the safe road, never second guess or try to diagnose your pet's health.

It's fine. Dogs are carnivores afterall. However, you should take her to the vet for rabies. That is a cause for concern. Have you been keeping up on her shots?
If the answer is yes, then I wouldn't worry as much. If no...both of you hop into the car this instant!
If the squirrel doesn't have rabies, your dog is fine. Yum. :P

It should be fine. I live in the country and my dogs have eaten ALL sorts of animals and are fine. If you continue to have concerns or your dog begins to act funny, you may want to get her checked out by a vet. You also need to get her checked out if you are not up to date on her shots, such as rabies. Hope this helps!!!

Your dog should be fine. Remember that dogs were only domesticated not so long ago. Therefore, in the wild it would be normal for your dog to eat smaller animals.
However, if you are still really worried, conact your vet

You only need to worry if the squirrel was diseased or had parasites.
