Those who lean unto there own understanding of scripture are leading others astray and blinded by their "pride!" But this has to occur for the Kingdom of God is coming to this earth and establish His way as the only way.

Pride is man's downfall. The End of the circle of man's self rule will be the beginning of Christ's Kingdom but that "pride" must be broken first!

Is this in the bible? If so, what book and verse?
Also, if this is true then were do I turn? It sounds like a paradox to me. My understanding is all I have, am I to believe someone else’s understanding then?

I don’t want god to judge me and decide that I’m evil. I understand that I should be good because it’s ridiculous to smite God when he is so forgiving. (Return the kindness and bad things happen to good people not playing favorites thing.)

This statement really bothers me, please help.

It sounds to me like this person has put a whole bunch of scriptures together out of context and has come up with something that I am not sure whether it is right a wrong. The first verse is from Proverbs and says " trust in the lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding". There is nothing said in that context about leading anyone astray. The Bible tells is that God is opposed to the proud, and teaches that pride is really the basis of sin. I don't believe there is anything in the Bible at all about pride being broken before Christ kingdom can come. What a person comes to Christ that is the beginning of the kingdom of God within them, but to suggest that that cannot happen until pride is gone out of his life is foolishness. Many Christians still wrestle with pride.
I think that he is off base in much of what is saying here and I would encourage you to read and study your Bible. The more you understand of the word of God the better you will be able to see the flaws in the things that people say.

That is all commentary loosely based on some scriptural references.Another man's opinion of translation.
The Kingdom of G-d is already established and has been since the foundation of the world.For that matter the kingdom of heaven is already established as well from the foundation of the world.

I believe that who ever posted this referenced this scripture...

Proverbs 3:5-7

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. [a]

7 Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.

yeah not so much in the bible. i might have been someone looking a bit too much into revelation, but i wouldn't stress out about it. just read the bible and ask God to give you understanding as you go.

Proverbs 3:5-7 = "Trust in the Lord with all your heart:; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil."
Rom.1:21-22 = "Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful: but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools."
Rom.10:3 = "For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God."
Rom.12:2 = "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Rom.12:16 = "Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits."
Phil.2:21 = "For all seek their own , not the things which are Jesus Christ's."
Proverbs 8:13 = "The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate."
Prov.13:10 = "Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom."
Mark 7:21-23 = "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."
1John 2:16 = "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."
1Cor.1:27-29 = "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence."
1Cor.2:14-15 = "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man."
*************************
James 1:5 = "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."
2Pet.1:20-21 = "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit."
(Notes: If you want understanding; you have to seek God first in your life. Secodly, you have to pray for wisdom from God when you read your Bible every day. Thirdly, you will have to wait for him to tell you what it means. It will take time.)
